Frequently Asked Question
How can my adult with autism learn important work skills?
Your young adult with autism can learn important work skills by participating in a workshop geared toward the professional environment, like our Career Success Shop workshop. They will create a resume, and a cover letter and establish an account on Indeed, if they don’t already have one. We do a mock interview to develop the skills needed to better communicate their strengths, abilities, interests, and needs when interviewing with potential employers. We even cover resolving conflicts and draft a professional resignation letter.
