Session 13: Handling Disagreements
Training topics include:
1. Effectively resolve a disagreement with a co-worker and/or supervisor.
2. Bring up a specific issue with a co-worker and/or supervisor.
3. Explain their side using “I” statements.
4. Use active listening skills to respond to workplace conflict.
5. Stay calm during a disagreement.
6. Resolve the conflict in a professional manner
