Session 12: Working Memory

Training topics include:

• Distractibility
• Forgetting what I am told
• Misplacing things
• Never-ending to-do lists
• Having to cover up after forgetting
• Forgetting to turn in assignments/work projects
• Hard time remembering a verbal list of three or more things to do

Participants will create a strategic plan utilizing strategies to make improvements on their
working memory
