Frequently Asked Questions

Getting a job can feel daunting when you’re on the autism spectrum, but with programs designed to focus on the skills required for successful  job placement, eventually, many young adults are able to find the employment they so deserve.

It can seem hard for adults with autism to find a job. Job seeking can feel like a scary mix of social and professional skills that may not be fully developed when compared to those neurotypical counterparts we all went to school with. Our programs are designed to ultimately prepare our participants for integrated, competitive employment.
