ASD Adult Achievement Center is now offering an Expressive Arts course. In this seven week class you will participate in several different art projects. These exercises are designed to help better manage anxiety and stress while increasing one’s overall well being and sense of wonder. Interested individuals should be age 18 or over, graduated from high school, and motivated to participate. Scroll down to complete the registration form.
