- Improved Focus – Clarify priorities and how to best use time and energy
- Time Management – capacity to estimate and allocate time limits
- Emotional Control – manage emotions to achieve goals
- Empowerment – to realize their own self-worth and create a more fulfilling life
- Task Initiation – begin and complete projects with efficiency/curb procrastination
- Together, we identify which areas in life one seeks to improve and establish reasonable goals
- Each session will build on the previous until ultimately, a transition is established and tasks are completed with ease when they were once a struggle
Keeping in mind, that it is the time in between sessions that the individual must possess the drive and focus to want to change, or grow, in order for true Empowerment to develop. Guidance is facilitated during the sessions to establish a more positive thought process. In essence, it is the shift in thought process combined with the desire to change and challenge oneself that will allow the individual to achieve their specified goals.
Frequently Asked Question

One way adults with autism have success learning life skills is through the help of a Life Coach.
