Task Masters
Task Masters is a step-by-step group coaching program designed to help adults with ASD develop the necessary executive function skills needed to meet daily responsibilities. Executive functions connect our present choices to future outcomes. They help us manage our time, be productive, plan, organize, and reach goals. Task Masters incorporates a 3 step process to focus on a different executive function skill each week, each skill building on the next to improve self awareness and daily functioning.
