This coaching tool kit employs a 3-step process to help individuals with ASD improve flexibility. You will start by exploring the ways that flexibility weakness affects your daily life. Next, you will choose from a list of strategies that tend to be helpful for improving flexibility. Lastly, you will set up a strategic plan to make improvements in specific areas of your life. After you have worked on these improvements, you will reflect back on your progress to improve self awareness.
