This coaching tool kit employs a 3-step process to help individuals with ASD improve organization. You will start by exploring the ways that organization weakness affects your daily life. Next, you will choose from a list of strategies that tend to be helpful for improving organization. Lastly, you will set up a strategic plan to make improvements in specific areas of your life. After you have worked on these improvements, you will reflect back on your progress to improve self awareness.
